The Garcia family, renowned for their Nicaraguan-made cigars, is now expanding its reach with My Father Blue a groundbreaking new line produced entirely in Honduras. Officially previewed at the 2024 PCA trade show in New Orleans, this release marks the brand’s first use of Honduran-grown tobacco, cultivated on their own 890-acre estate in Talanga.
The cigars are handcrafted in a newly established 78,000-square-foot facility in El Paraíso, using Corojo and Criollo varietals from their Honduran farm. Each cigar features a Connecticut rosado broadleaf wrapper and is available in four vitolas: Petit Robusto (4 1/2 x 50, $9), Robusto (5 1/4 x 52, $10.50), Toro (6 x 54, $12), and Toro Gordo (6 x 60, $13), all sold in 20-count boxes.
This new release marks a milestone for My Father Cigars, as the brand now crafts its products across three countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and the United States, expanding its range and solidifying its influence in the premium cigar industry.
