Plasencia Cigars has launched Alma del Cielo, a cigar made with high-altitude tobacco grown in the Condega region of Nicaragua. This new release offers a unique flavor profile thanks to the cooler climate and increased sun exposure at 3,500 feet above sea level.
After its spectacular debut at the PCA trade show in New Orleans, it has now begun arriving at retailers both in the United States and internationally.
The tobacco comes from the historic Finca San Julián, a family-owned farm reclaimed in 1998. All of the tobacco used in this cigar, including the Jalapa wrapper, is Nicaraguan and cultivated by the Plasencia family.
Alma del Cielo is available in three vitolas:Celeste (4 7/8 x 52) – $25
Boreal (6 1/8 x 54) – $27.50
Amanecer (6 x 60) – $29.50, featuring the brand’s signature hexagonal box press.
Alma del Cielo is a medium-bodied cigar produced at Plasencia Cigars S.A., elegantly packaged in boxes of 10.
