Viaje Cigars is expanding its acclaimed Zombie series with the launch of Zombie Biohazard Black, a new 5 x 52 perfecto priced at $14 per stick. While the blend remains undisclosed, this new addition joins the return of the well-known Zombie Biohazard Red and Green, first introduced in 2016. The Red features a Nicaraguan maduro wrapper, while the Green uses a Nicaraguan criollo wrapper. Both are offered in 20-count boxes at $13.50 each.
The Zombie line, originally released in 2011, has become one of Viaje’s signature collections, spawning numerous offshoots such as Zombie Antidote, Farmer Bill Hatchet, and Zombie Super Shot. With the introduction of the new Biohazard Black, the brand continues to evolve this dark and imaginative cigar universe, appealing to smokers who crave bold and unique experiences.
Also making a comeback is Señor Andre’s Chicharrones, a playful trio of cigars last seen in 2018. Now returning as an Edición Limitada, the line features three box-pressed robustos (4 1/2 x 50) packed together in a 90-count box (30 of each blend). While blend details haven’t been confirmed, previous editions included corojo, criollo, and maduro wrappers over all-Nicaraguan binder and filler. Each cigar will retail for $8, with shipments to retailers beginning Monday, July 28.
