To mark its 40th anniversary, Two Guys Smoke Shop has teamed up with Padrón to release the Padrón Ruby Red Exclusive Edition, a luxurious and limited cigar arriving August 1st. Offered in both Natural and Maduro wrappers, this 5 3/4 x 56 vitola features a rounded shape—unlike most of Padrón’s box-pressed cigars—and is made from undisclosed tobaccos. Only 200 individually numbered boxes have been produced: 150 Maduro and 50 Natural, each priced at $1,600 for a box of 40 cigars.
Designed by Nelson Alfonso of Selected Tobacco S.A., each box doubles as a collector’s humidor, with a ruby-inspired button that unlocks a reverse magnetic lid—an elegant tribute to the traditional 40th-anniversary gemstone. Alfonso, known for designing packaging for legendary cigars like the Cohiba BHK Behike, brings a level of sophistication and rarity that mirrors the cigar’s significance.
David Garofalo, owner of Two Guys Smoke Shop, described the project as “history in a box,” emphasizing the honor of working with Jorge Padrón to create something truly special. The Ruby Red Exclusive Edition will be available at all three Two Guys locations and through their website, offering cigar lovers a once-in-a-lifetime piece of Padrón heritage.
